Today, National Sweden consists of 3 production units in Halmstad, Bredaryd and Högsäter with approximately 250 employees, and operations are constantly evolving by adopting new technologies and new production processes.

As a group National Sweden is a wellknown subcontractor to all kind of industries in Sweden and abroad. It all started 1941 when Gunnard Rössel founded Trönninge Gummifabriks AB.
Subsequently, the company changed its name to National Gummi AB. In 1978 Gunnard resigned as CEO and his son Sven Rössel took over the position. In 2003, Svens eldest son, Tom Rössel, took over the position of CEO of the company.

Tom Rössel´s brothers Johan and Claes are also working in an operational level on National Sweden.

National Gummi changed its company name to National Halmstad in 2018 and is located i Halmstad.

2016 the Fiber moulding company Jaba Group was addes to National Sweden. This plant is located in Högsäter and the company name is National Högsäter.

2014 the Plastic Extrusion company DX Plastic was added to National Sweden. This plant is located in Bredaryd and the company name is National Bredaryd.
