Termoplast / Termoelast

The soft material for extrusion and injection molding
As a replacement for vulcanized rubber, we can manufacture articles in thermoplastic elastomers. A big advantage of this is that the material is recyclable! Below we give some examples of common materials.
Thermoplastic elastomers (TPE, TPU, EVA PP/EPDM, SEBS)
These materials can be recycled, dyed and processed like any other thermoplastic.
Qualities and characteristics
TPE
- Low price
- Low density (unfilled varieties)
- Food and medical technology approvals
SEBS
- Allround-material
- Static applications
- Suitable for outdoors
TPU
- Very good wear resistance
- High chemical resistance
- A good complement when TPE
cannot replace vulcanized rubber
PP/EPDM
- Dynamic applications
- Good temperature properties
- Suitable for outdoors
EVA
- Low material cost and density
- Excellent chemical resistance
- Hinge properties
