At National Halmstad we are proud to develop and mix our own rubber that we use when extruding profiles. In this way we have control over the entire chain and can offer our customers first-class materials at attractive costs.

We mainly use rubber with the polymers EPDM, Nitrile (NBR), SBR and Chloroprene (CR). The hardnesses vary from 30°-90° shA. We offers materials that fulfill all kind of industry's requirements in general and the high demands in automotive- and railway industry in particular. For example we have materials that fulfill the requirements in DIN 19704 and EN 45545. Due to our own development department, we can customize materials that meet the customers' needs.

For some time now, we have been offering EPDM materials where many of the ingredients come from Bio based raw materials. We call it ECO friendly material
