We create our own first-class rubber compounds

At National Halmstad, we are proud that we both develop and mix our rubbers in which we extrude profiles. In this way, we have control over the entire chain and can then offer our customers first-class materials at attractive costs.

We mainly use rubber with the polymers EPDM, Nitrile (NBR), SBR and Chloroprene (CR). In hardnesses from 30° - 90° sh A.

For different industries, we have materials that meet the requirements of those industries. So as materials that meet the high demands that the automotive industry demands for durability and longevity.

For the train industry, materials that meet their high requirements for fire resistance according to EN 45545.

We have materials that comply with DIN 19704 for seals for watertight hatches.

Since we have our own development, we can tailor materials that meet customers' needs. For some time we have been offering EPDM materials where a large part of the ingredients come from renewable raw materials. Contact us for more information and data sheets.
