Today, National Sweden consists of 3 production units with approximately 250 employees, and operations are constantly evolving by adopting new technologies and new production processes.

As a group National Sweden is a wellknown subcontractor to all kind of industries in Sweden and abroad. It all started 1941 when Gunnard Rössel founded Trönninge Gummifabriks AB. Subsequently, the company changed its name to National Gummi AB.

In 1978 Gunnard resigned as CEO and his son Sven Rössel took over the position.

In 2003, Svens eldest son, Tom Rössel, took over the position of CEO of the company.

Tom Rössel´s brothers Johan and Claes are also working in an operational level on National Sweden.

2018 the company changed its name to National Halmstad
